Description Emerald 'n Gold Euonymus, also known as wintercreeper, is prized in the nursery industry for its glossy dark green leaves with yellow margins.

  Morphology:
Emerald 'n Gold Euonymus euonymous is a dense, woody-stemmed, broadleaf evergreen plant which grows to a height of up 2’ and a spread of up to 4’. On flat ground it will grow into a sprawling bushy mat, while up against a fence it can climb.

It bears ovate leaves which are 1”-1.5” long. These leaves turn a pinkish-red color in the fall and winter. Greenish white flowers appear in June but they are considered Inconspicuous

  Adaptation:
Wintercreeper does not have specific site or soil requirements. However, it’s best to avoid wet ground. This particular euonymus variant can grow in either full sun or heavy shade.
