Description Introduced in 1972 the hybrid T rose cultivar Just Joey features a delightful orange hue and a fruity fragrance.

  Morphology:
This deciduous shrub grows a height of 3’-4’, though it may stay as small as 2’ tall and as wide.

Bloom commences in late spring. The elegantly, pointed, orange buds open into large, double and high-centered but loose blooms that are 4”- 6” across. The wavy-edged petals are a rich apricot color when new, softening to a light peach or peachy pink at the outer edges as blooms mature.

  Adaptation:
This cultivar produces its best colors in areas with hot summers.

  Pests:
Resistant to black spot, powdery mildew, and rust. In wet climates ensure good circulation to reduce the incidence of all of these common foliage diseases.
