Description Best known in the herbal trade as a headache reliever, Feverfew is also used as a garden ornamental.

  Morphology:
This herbaceous perennial grows to height of 24” and 18” wide. Foliage has a feathery, fern-like appearance and has a pungently citrus scent fragrance when bruised or crushed.

Composite flowers with white petals and button-like yellow center disks appear in dense corymbs and are held erect all summer long.

  Adaptation:
They have average water needs and does best in full sun. Shear off spent flowers immediately after bloom in order to control any unwanted self-seeding.

  Pests:
This plant is susceptible to mildew in the shade. Otherwise no serious insect or disease problems are reported.
