Description A boldly variegated sport of the Hinoki False Cypress culativar knows as 'Nana Gracilis', this variant is prized for its splashes of creamy yellow highlights over-laying the scalloped glossy green foliage.

  Morphology:
This slow growing dwarf conifer adds only 2” each year to eventually max out at 4’ tall and 4’ wide in a broad upright form. With a background green color, the addition of the cream and white sprays adds particular interest especially where it receives protection from full sun that would bleach out the highlights. The tips of this cultivar will droop slightly.

  Adaptation:
Select a moist well drained site and amend it with plenty of compost. In cooler regions this cultivar can take more sun. However in hot climates it will need partial shade.

  Pests:
None reported.
