Description With its red-plum winter color Ericoides Alantic Whitecedar adds sparkle to a winter landscape.

  Morphology:
This a small garden conifer that can eventually attain a height of 20’ but still maintain a a narrow conical width. The foliage is considered juvenile form, known as heath-leaved, and has a soft to the touch feel. Needles come in whorls of 3, but are only one fourth inch long. During the summer the foliage is blue-green.

  Adaptation:
This white cedar variant prefers moist, sandy soils and full sun.
