Description Very low spreading hardy geranium with deeply cut almost leathery foliage. Bright pink blooms with dark purple veins. It is often known in the trade as Cranesbill Geranium.

  Morphology:
This herbaceous ground cover grows to a foot in height and 3 feet in spread. It maintains a clump forming habit over time. Deeply cut leaves are divided into 5-7 wedge-shaped divisions. It will spread by runners that can cover 2 feet in a season.

Flowering takes place from June through July.

  Adaptation:
Select site with partial shade to full sun for this plant. After it has finished blooming it can be cut back to encourage re-growth and some subsequent flowering in the fall.
