Description With its upfacing bright violet-purple bells flowers and silver spotted leaves the lungwort named Purple Haze makes for an easy care perennial for the shade garden.

  Morphology:
This compact selection only grows to a foot in height and 2 feet in width. The May flowers open to a carnival like bi-colored mix of light blue and white.

  Adaptation:
This cultivar is typical of other lungwort variants in that it likes partial shade. It is not fussy over the type of soil it is grown in. They do well along side hosta, ferns, bleeding hearts, and other shade lovers.
