Description For a fast growing herbaceous groundcover consider the Cranesbill cultivar Striatum bearing white (pale pink) blossoms with dark veins.

  Morphology:
This herbaceous perennial groundcover grows to 8” but can easily spread out to 24” or more. Once established it makes a dense weed-proof barrier. The leaves a deeply cut, appearing palmate.

Flowers have 5 petals and are pale pink. The flowering period extends from May through June with some sporadic flowering well into the summer. This plant will self seed.

  Adaptation:
This plant can do well in both full and partial sun conditions.
