Description This is a deciduous tree tht blooms in early April in western Washington. It is noted for having a very wide canopy, in a strictly horizontal fashion.

It features fragrant white, semi-double bouquets that hang in pendulous clusters all along the branches.

The leaves have serrated leaf edges, and pointed ends.

As with ohter flowering cherries ensure that this tree gets excellent air circulation and sun exposure to help reduce the incidence of the brown rot fungus.
