Description This Mock Orange species is noted for its fountain-like shape and very vigorous growth rate. The late spring showy white flowers dominate the landscape with their size and orange blossom scent.

  Morphology:
This deciduous shrub grows quickly to 10’ in both height and width. Branches are covered with fresh green foliage for a nice effect even when not in flower.

Very large, showy, cup-shaped flowers are pure white. They come in singles and can be up to 2” across.

  Adaptation:
Very easy to grow on most sites, including those that are drought prone. It can be used in a large area to make a screen when plants are grouped together. Prune every year after blooming, cutting out oldest wood and surplus shoots at the base.

  Pests:
None reported.
