Description The cultivar name of ‘Compacta Nana' comes from the densely packed growth habit that this plant develops.

  Morphology:
This is a low growing perennial ground cover that attains a height of only 5”’ but can spread out laterally to more than 24”. The linear leaves dark green.

Lavender flowers are borne from June through to September.

The flowers attract butterflies and bees.

  Adaptation:
This is drought tolerant species that needs full sun to thrive. It may die out if it is planted on sites that don’t drain well.
