Description This most fascinating Bosnian pine is known for its dark green dense needles and compact habit.

  Morphology:
This is a dwarf conifer that grows in a bun shape to 3’ in height and width.

This plant was discovered in the mountains of Sarajevo in the former republic of Yugoslavia in 1926. At full maturity it may grow to 10’ but after many years.

  Adaptation:
For the rock garden enthusiast this would make a wonderful addition. No maintenance is required.
